Certification thus permits concrete pump operato rs to raise the professional standards of the industry by maintaining and improving safe operation of concrete pumps.\nCertification applies to indi viduals and is granted by the American Concrete Pumping Association to per sons who have met the pre-determined qualifications established by the ACP A Certification Committee. This is a voluntary program and is open to any concrete pumper\, whether or not his employer is a member of the American Concrete Pumping Association.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nThe operator must possess a valid driver’s license or equivalent in the operator’s country of \;e mployment and have specified experience with the particular equipment for which the operator would be certified.
